We also donate food items to the pantry, and support the food pantry through a portion of our yearly benevolence.

The LAC food pantry (Lancaster Area Churches) is currently seeking the following items: Breakfast cereal, apple sauce, canned pineapple, canned peaches, mandarin oranges, grape jelly, pancake mix, pancake syrup, canned vegetables, tuna, creamed corn, oatmeal, instant oatmeal, soups, spaghetti, wide egg noodles, macaroni and cheese, toothbrushes, facial tissues, paper towels, 4-pack toilet tissue, shampoo, and laundry detergent, plastic grocery bags, double bagged. Please place items into the pantry food box in the church narthex.

The Journal of Lutheran Ethics contains many well written articles dealing with many current moral issues. Visit: http://archive.elca.org/jle/
